Reiki (pronounced "Ray-Key") originated in Japan and means universal energy. This is the unseen energy which fills the universe and flows through all living things. Reiki is a system of natural hands-on healing which anyone can receive or learn. Reiki`s natural healing energy works at any level of being: physical, emotional, spiritual and mental.
Reiki will always flow to the area of need and supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki is suitable for any age group and all types of health. No previous experience is required to learn or receive Reiki. Reiki is a non-invasive therapy whose purpose is to treat holistically and restore balance. Reiki cannot be used to do harm and is non-religious.
On a physical level Reiki will work gently and lovingly whilst at the same time helping healing at a deeper level. Reiki always works to restore balance and will sometimes help release emotional blockages.

Reiki Treatment
Receiving a Reiki Treatment is a simple process. You will lie down, fully clothed, on a treatment couch and relax. When the Reiki Treatment begins I will place my hands very gently on you in a sequence of positions. The Reiki energy will then flow through me to you.
Reiki will work at every level of your being: mental, emotional, spiritual and physical. Typically you will feel very relaxed after a Reiki Treatment.
A Reiki Treatment generally lasts around 1 hour and costs £30.00.
