Reiki Level I - Reiki Foundation Course

This is the first level course in Reiki Eneregy Healing.

It is an introductory Course to Reiki Healing, and requires no previous experience.


The Usui Reiki Level I Course is suitable for complete beginners and will be of interest to anyone who is wanting to learn Reiki for themselves or to help others.

Within this Usui Reiki Level I Course you will be taught:the history of Reiki, shown basic hand positions and learn how to channel Reiki energy to help heal yourself and others.

You will receive attunement to the Usui Reiki Level I energy & a set of course notes. 

There will be time for meditation as well as plenty of time for practising in class.

Upon successful completion of the Course you will receive a Reiki Level I Certificate. 

  • Coffee/Tea breaks are included. 
  • Duration: Either One day intensive or Two days.

Reiki Level II - Reiki Practitioner Course

This Course builds on the introductory Reiki foundation course (Reiki Level I). 

It enables you to connect to a greater volume of Reiki energy.

Reiki Level II is for everyone wanting to set up a Reiki Practice to treat others as well as themselves.

You must have taken Reiki Level I & have a certificate of completion, to be able to do this course.

This level includes:

  • Attunement to the Usui Reiki Level II energy, increasing the strength of your Reiki energy.
  • Introduction to three Reiki symbols - how, where and when to use them.
  • The technique of absent or distant healing is taught
  • Japanese Reiki techniques as taught by Dr.Usui including: Gassho - meditation, Reiji-ho -developing your intution, Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed, Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes, Kokhi ho - using the breath to send Reiki, Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing one`s energy field, Jacki -kiri Joka-ho - clearing objects of negative energy. 
  • There will be plenty of practise time
  • A Reiki Level II Course manual is  provided - Reiki The Healing Touch by William Rand. 

You will receive a Reiki Level II Certificate upon successful completion of this course.

Advanced Reiki Training (ART)

You must have Reiki Level II  and a certifiacte of completion/competence to be able to do this course.
 
This Course builds on the knowledge and experience gained in (Reiki Level I) and (Reiki Level II).

You must take this course if you want to take the Reiki Master course.

It is a one day intensive and includes:

  • The Usui Master attunement, increasing the strength of your Reiki energy and enabling you to recieve an even yet more powerful Reiki energy. 
  • Introduction to the Usui Master symbol which can be used for healing and for increasing the effectiveness of the Reiki sysmbols learnt at Reiki Level II.
  • How to make a Reiki Crystal Grid so as to be able to send Reiki to yourself and others after the Reiki Crystal Grid is charged.
  • A way of removing negative psychic energy from yourself & others & sending it to the light.
  • A guided meditation introducing you to your Reiki guides, helping you to recieve healing and information.
  • There will be plenty of Reiki practise time.
  • The William Rand -Reiki Advanced Reiki Training - (ART) Manual is provided.

You will recieve an Advanced Reiki Training (ART) Certificate upon successful completion of this course.

  • Duration: One day  - intensive course

Reiki Level III - Reiki Master 

This is open to everyone who has taken the Advanced Reiki Training Level (ART) or Reiki Master Practitioner Degree. 

This Reiki Master level is available to everyone who wants to learn how to teach Reiki Healing and pass this knowledge on to others. This is the Reiki Teacher Level.

This course is an intensive course held over two days.
It includes:

  • The Tibetan/Reiki III Master Reiki attunement.
  • Teaching on how to give Reiki attunements for Reiki Levels: Reiki I, Reiki II, ART & full Reiki Master.
  • Healing Attunement as described on page 1-13 of William Rand`s book "Reiki-The Healing Touch"
  • Two Tibetan symbols are taught, giving a total of six Reiki symbols.
  • The Usui system of Reiki attunnement as well as the Usui/Tibetan system of Reiki attunement is taught. 
  • You will learn how to give yourself an attunement.
  • There will be lots of time to practise giving/doing Reiki attunements.
  • Meditation
  • This class is a powerful healing experience.
  • William Rand`s Reiki Master Manual is given.

You will receive a Reiki Master Certificate upon successful completion of this course.
