Usui Reiki Level I Course

This Course is the introductory level of Reiki, it is the first Reiki course, Reiki Level 1.

Reiki Level 1 is suitable for complete beginners and open to all.

To become a quaified Reiki Practitioner you will also need to take Reiki Level 2 as well.

Reiki Level 1 is for everyone wanting to learn Reiki for themselves.

Reiki level 1 is also for people wanting to set up a Reiki Practice to treat others as well as themselves. Reiki Level 1 is the first reiki level and sometimes called Reiki First Degree.

The Reiki Level 1 course includes:

Attunement to the Usui Reiki Level 1 energy - you will be able to give & recieve Reiki energy.
Introduction to Reiki
The History of Reiki
Reiki hand postions for treating yourself
Reiki hand positioins for treating others
Japanese Reiki techniques as taught by Dr.Usui including:
Gassho - meditation
Reiji-ho -developing your intution
Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed
Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing one`s energy field
There will be plenty of Reiki practise time
We will do a meditation
A fabulous Reiki Level I manual is provided -Reiki The Healing Touch by William Rand

You will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate upon successful completion of this Reiki First Degree foundation course.

Coffee/Tea breaks are included.
