I am based in Blackpool, Lancashire and discovered Reiki in 2002 and have been much enriched by its loving presence in my life ever since. I find that giving myself a Reiki Treatment is a great way to destress and help maintain an inner sense of calm. For me it also feels really empowering to be able to send Reiki to situations that I want help with. For me Reiki is an invaluable aid for coping with modern living and a bit of pampering to!
